| Tiivistelmä: | The data envelopment analysis (DEA) is outlined as an innovative method for the performance measurement. It can be used especially in case of evaluating a large number of issues, related to diverse appraisal criteria. Particularly, against the background of an exact evaluation of the contribution of added value concerning different enterprise units, managers need to consider in a "balanced" way different criteria for the assessment of the achievement of an enterprise unit and to aggregate them preferably to one "accepted" dimension. |
