| Tiivistelmä: | This paper discusses the viewpoints of trade union activists in the UK and Denmark on diversity management. The main differences between these two countries emerge with regard to diversity management as a policy approach, which encounter great scepticism in the UK and great enthusiasm in Denmark. These differences are related to prior experiences of anti-discrimination activities, industrial relations approaches and the political context. |
