| Tiivistelmä: | The objective of this study is to analyse the difference between business intelligence (BI) and knowledge management (KM). Findings show that BI concentrates on explicit knowledge but KM comprises both tacit and explicit knowledge and both concepts promote learning, decision making and understanding. KM can also affect the very nature of BI itself. |
