| Tiivistelmä: | Workplace spirituality is a relatively young research field with potentially strong relevance to the well-being of individuals, organizations and societies. Not much previous literature exists on the ethical issues related to workplace spirituality. This paper addresses this gap by discussing two ethical dilemmas: the "quiet desperation" dilemma and the instrumentality dilemma. |
