| Tiivistelmä: | This article discusses an assesment of how hotel guests vies in-room technology. It compares the importance of those technologies to how they perform. The study finds that important basic technologies like room temperature controls fail to perform in the way guests want, while new technologies like plasma schreen TVs perform well when they are in place. Internet access is an integral part of the lodging product. |
