| Tiivistelmä: | The paper presents a group research project in which representatives from 12 large organisations investigated the relationships between separate business functions that often work together. The functions studied were the knowledge management and human resources teams. The studies are discussed with an organisational health-check questionnaire, a learning activity mapping model and outlines of 11 different kinds of sharing activities. |
