| Tiivistelmä: | The paper examines relationship between diversity, social identity, interdependence and knowledge sharing in teams. A study of 169 members in 30 different teams in a large international beverage company was employed to investigate the relations between these matters. The findings indicate that a strong relationship between knowledge sharing and social identification can be detected while diversity in teams has a role in stimulating and inhibiting knowledge sharing. |
