| Tiivistelmä: | The purpose of this article is to examine the issue of information systems underutilization by investigating extended use, i.e. using more system features in supporting a task. Extended use surveys conducted by the IS Continuance and Model and Technology Acceptance Model networks are discussed, and a synthesized model is introduced. The study also provides a framework for understanding extended use, and unlike many other studies in the field, it examines the use behaviour of information systems beyond routine use. |
