| Tiivistelmä: | This paper is grounded on a research on women's possibilities of gaining top management positions, conducted in a large French utility company. In the research, human resource figures and statistics were combined to qualitative data of sixty interviews with managers and high potential talents. The article aims to map the organization-based problems women encounter on their career paths and also to identify the strategies they use in their attempts to bypass or conform to organizational norms. |
