| Tiivistelmä: | Information sharing (hereafter as IS) is an important predictor of organizational performance. This article investigates the impacts of centralization and decentralizations on IS. The analyzed data was collected from a survey to the chief executive officers of 105 Canadian companies. The significance of the information sharing statements related to information, relationship and integration characteristics was tested and the results of high and low centralization firms were compared. The paper identifies differences between these two groups. |
