| Tiivistelmä: | The article looks at the impact of innovator roles in highly innovative product development projects. The authors tested their hypothesis with a sample of 146 projects using state-of-the-art methodology and multi-trait-multi-method. The findings reveal that innovator roles have a strong positive influence on innovation success. However, innovativeness is a moderating variable and its dimensions determine if the influence is varied in a more positive or negative direction. |
