| Tiivistelmä: | The idea of this paper is to discuss the relation between leaders gender and verbal consideration and outcomes. The analyzed data was collected from a one-wave questionnaire to 140 leaders and 455 of their followers in Germany. The findings from this field study reveal that female and male leaders reach the same quality of verbal considerations outcomes. However, male leaders get more credit for verbal consideration skills. |
