| Tiivistelmä: | This critical feminist approach studies the micro-political process of gendering and networking in everyday practices in organizations. Female and male account managers in The Netherlands were interviewed in 2005, and critical discourse analysis were used to analyze the study material. As a result the writer argues that networking does not necessarily reinforce gender inequality in organization. |
