| Tiivistelmä: | For the rural tourism businesses' competitiveness, the deployment (henceforth as: dplmt.) of information and communication technologies (ICT) plays a key role. Hence, it is important to know the relation btw. a firm's characteristics and ICT dplmt. Making two hierarchical segmentations to predict the behaviour of these firms when deploying the Web and e-mail, it is determined which characteristics are related to ICT dplmt. The most effectively predicting factors for a firm's behaviour are activity and category, while location and size are less effective. |
