Tiivistelmä:The article investigates the impact of older workers' perceived relative age of their company's workforce, work group members, and supervisor on older employee targeted HRM practices, as well as older workers' sense of worth. 291 participants between the ages of 50 and 65 were studied and the results suggest that it is vital for employers to recognize age differences within their organizations and to reinforce older employees' sense of worth to the company and the feeling of being valued members of organization.
