| Tiivistelmä: | The article studies the effects of distributive justice systems on job satisfaction and turnover intentions. The study was conducted by surveying 184 New Zealand employees. The findings reveal that job autonomy and felt independence are vital aspects in the role of justice perceptions in organizations. |
