| Tiivistelmä: | The paper explores the structure and content of some of the most commonly used values approaches and their application within the construction industry. Three studies of six construction firms were conducted. The findings reveal a new universal values structure, which can be utilized along with more qualitative techniques to investigate organizational cultures. |
