| Tiivistelmä: | The article empirically explores the ethical leadership in the context of Singapore's construction industry. The findings indicate that ethical leadership positively and substantially correlates with transformational leadership, leader effectiveness, transformational organizational culture, contingent reward dimension of transactional leadership, and employees readiness to put in additional effort and their satisfaction with the leader. |
