Tiivistelmä:The article investigates the effect of the use of different employee selection methods on the minority representation rates at a workplace. The results are based on a study of 154 organizations in Canada and indicate that using cognitive ability and personality testing strongly affect minority representation rates. Furthermore, human resource mangers' perceptions of employment selection testing methods are examined.
