| Tiivistelmä: | The paper investigates the recent development in strategy research towards practice-based theorizing. 51 meeting observations are collected to explore how strategy meetings are involved in either stabilizing existing strategic orientations or suggesting variations that cumulatively create change in strategic orientations. Eleven major structuring characteristics of strategy meetings are identified. Three typical evolutionary paths through which variations emerge, are maintained and developed, and are selected or deselected are introduced and explained. |
