| Tiivistelmä: | The idea of executive hubris has come to dominate perceptions of the psychology of top managers in strategic management and company finance. Herein, existing research is analysed and issues of definitions and measurement are identified. It is described how researchers have become prey to hubris fascination. This leads to suggesting two options for future research: within the hubris tradition and outside of it. |
