| Tiivistelmä: | Extending previous research, this paper investigates the basis for attitudes toward codes of ethics (herein as: c-of-e.) Particularly, there are three aims: 1. to examine business managers' attitudes toward c-of-e. 2. to ascertain whether gender differences do exist as to these attitudes. 3. to provide a benchmark for future studies of attitudes toward c-of-e. A survey of nearly 290 managers uncovered significant differences btw. the female and male managers as to 6 of 8 studied variables. |
