Tiivistelmä:Greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions have been examined in most studies on climate change response. However, these studies don't take into account ecosystem services constraints and biophysical disruptions caused by climate change that may need broader types of response. By studying a wine industry firm and using a research approach not constrained by structured methodologies or biased toward GHG emissions, the results imply that 'inside out' and 'outside in' actions are taken in response to climate change. As actions are taken by the firm to curtail and reverse climate change by managing carbon emissions, evidence suggests a distinct pattern of measures taken to adjust to the consequences of climate change as well. The results confirm and extend previous findings and imply that the level and breadth of response to climate change is shaped by situated attention, structural controls, and industry type.
