| Tiivistelmä: | To study knowledge strategy empirically this paper operationalises and compares two existing knowledge strategy typologies, and generates eight ideal knowledge strategy profiles. Then the profiles are applied to separate case studies to further the understand of the two typologies. Results suggest that the Bierly & Chakrabarti typology works at the grand strategy level, while the von Krogh et al. typology operates at the operational level. |
