| Tiivistelmä: | Services that reduce the difficulty of knowledge sourcing are a part of knowledge management practice. The Expert Recommending Service (ERS), with primary function of getting the right expert to the right people at the right time, and its success in different organizational contexts are studied in this article. ERS' success can be measured by the following factors: Quality, Use, Satisfaction, Individual Net Benefit, and Organizational Net Benefit. The article offers practical advice for improving the success of ERS. |
