| Tiivistelmä: | Models on subjective antecedents of executives' retaliation choices were previously based on theories of information processing, and they made predicting typical retaliation choices made by firms easier. They can't, however, explain firm-specific behavior or why there is variation in the types of actions that most firms challenge. The article aims to fix these problems with the aid of a longitudinal study of the airline industry. |
