| Tiivistelmä: | The effect of strategic alliances on firm performance and cooperation in value creating are often dependent on the benefits gained by individual partners. Because current theories of intra-alliance value division are lacking, this article suggests a bargaining framework for intra-alliance value appropriation and variation measurement. A sample of 200 biotechnology R&D alliances acts as the test subject for the hypotheses of the article. |
