| Tiivistelmä: | Herein, laboratory experiments with induced values are used to address fundamental issues related to the incentive compatibility of choice experiment value elicitation questions. Especially, compared are 2- vs. 3-option choice sets and the effect of using alternative provision rules, incl. one with the outcome being influenced by both participant and "regulator" votes. It is found that the overall proportion of choices that are inconsistent with induced preferences is rather low etc. |
