Tiivistelmä:In this article, the relationship between HRM practices, individual employee attitudes and behaviour is investigated. Results from a study of employees in North-East England propose that there is a positive effect of HRM practices on organizational citizenship behaviour, through an impact on perceived job influence/discretion.
