| Tiivistelmä: | This article offers a pricing method for snow level options for tourism business operating in Palandoken ski resort in East Turkey. Historical densities and Edgeworth adjusted densities methods together with Alaton, Djehiche and Stillberger method are used to calculate the price. The prices fluctuate depending on the methods used, so both buyers and sellers should participate in the negotiation process. The article provides a framework for pricing put snow level options in general, therefore it can be generalized and used for various ski resorts around the world. |
