| Tiivistelmä: | This study examines the degree to which the evaluation of leadership is due to followers' perceptions and attributions. A field study was conducted to investigate the effect of followers' personality and perceived leader personality on followers' perception of leadership within an organizational setting. The findings support that followers' personality affects the perception of transformational leadership and commitment to the supervisor. In addition, the perception of leaders' personality was connected with the perception of leadership and commitment to the supervisor. |
