| Tiivistelmä: | This study raises the question of "How do organizational routines influence the three knowledge management processes of acquisition, creation, utilization and sharing?" After building a theoretical framework by linking absorptive capacity with knowledge management processes and using evidence from two case studies, uncovered are the organizational routines influencing the three knowledge management (KM) processes. These routines were clustered into five key organizational themes: i. systemic knowledge, ii. strategic engagement, iii. social networking (external and internal), iv. cultural context, and v. process and structural context. |
