| Tiivistelmä: | This paper aims at exploring the role of the principles playing in the establishment of knowledge management (KM) and at reporting on an empirical study performed in 86 South African -based organizations over nine economic sectors over a five-year period. In total, more than 430 employees were interviewed over three managerial levels, i.e operational, middle, and senior. It was found among others that there is a definite trend towards the establishment of KM principles and the successful implementation of KM across South African industries etc. |
