| Tiivistelmä: | This article examines the consequences of the market forces in the Dutch childcare sector for the motivation of childcare personnel. The sample of 477 childminders working for 30 different Dutch childcare providers indicate that the extent to which childcare providers are encountered with market forces is neither connected with the employeesÂ’ governance nor to the intrinsic motivation of childminders. |
