| Tiivistelmä: | Open innovation can be summarized as organizations' willingness to open up their innovative processes for external aid and influence. Although the industry is getting more and more popular rapidly, the field has an absence of proper assessment tools. This article presents and tests Open Innovation Climate Measure (OICM), a three-dimensional assessment tool, since organizational climate is argued to have a large impact on the implementation of open innovation. |
