Tiivistelmä:This article analyses an empirical regularity in the bibliometric patterns of research productivity in the academic discipline of business ethics. The study is based on research publications in two leading business ethics journals (Business Ethics Quarterly and Journal of Business Ethics) since their launch years. The study uses the Generalized Lotka's Law of scientific productivity pattern. The findings provide strong evidence of a distinct empirically regularity. The study shows that research productivity pattern in business ethics is quite similar to other disciplines within the business management area.
