The key measure for bullying is identified as being the witnessing of the unfavourable treatment of others at work. Unfair supervision was measured by perceptions of an employee's supervisor being unfair and showing little interest in the subordinates' feelings. Using the sample of over 340 Australian senior white collar workers is described as is the measure of behaviour for identifying psychopaths, the findings are presented and discussed showing among others that when corporate psychopaths are present in a work environment, the level of bullying is notably greater than when they are absent etc. |
