Tiivistelmä:Three diverse samples are analyzed in order to gain a better understanding of relationship between supportive organizational culture (hereafter as SOC) and employee outcomes. The results are in line with the hypothesis that employeesÂ’ psychological capital is indirect relation to SOC. According to the findings psychological capital is positively related to performance, satisfaction and commitment, which are in turn linked to SOC.
